AVAILABILITY:
Most unframed prints are available immediately. Framed prints
– please enquire concerning availability.
PRINT
INFORMATION:
Prints are on high quality fibre-base paper, with a size of
20" x 16". They are printed in an entirely traditional
darkroom, using archival processing methods to ensure that
they will last, with care, for well in excess of 100 years.
Framed prints are mounted using acid-free archival materials,
and framed in natural ash, using plain glass.
Prints
are not subject to limited edition, but by the very nature
of the individual hand-printing process, mass-reproduction
is impossible (it takes about 5 hours to make a few prints
of one picture, plus 24 hours for drying). Digital/commercial
reproduction can never replicate the full quality of a traditionally-produced
print.
